Comment:  Firmly mid tier, arguably upper mid tier considering they're mixing with all the mid sororities. Took a very big spring PC and have one of the biggest properties and a really big house. Everyone knows they were upper tier a few years ago, and the new guys are doing a good job of getting them back to that. Will probably switch places with TDX this year.
