Comment:  This chapter is slowly on the rise. PC 21 had a pretty good mix of party girls and more quiet girls. Philanthropy events are solid, their house is stunning, and the girls aren’t that catty compared to some other sororities. Hopefully PC 22 is good and help their rep.
