Comment:  they are 100% the bottom house at USC, but that doesn’t mean they are bad. all the chapters here are good. only thing i would say is that they have a terrible habit of self ranking like crazy (we’re talking trying to call themselves middle tier when they are the absolute bottom house) and trashing others to try to elevate themselves here - and it backfires. definitely hurt their reputation even more around and after rush last year. hopefully they learned their mistake and can be cool about it this year!
