Comment:  I will be honest and say they’re not the most popular or sought after house, BUT almost everyone I know is happy to be there! They’re mixed-bag/pretty diverse so there’s no way to really stereotype them, but that’s good in my opinion. They have a pretty good social life / sisterhood and do a lot for their philanthropy and fundraising. I don’t really have anything bad to say about Theta, they’ll continue to get better with each new member class. Even just in the past couple years they’ve been on the come-up.
