Comment:  I'm in a frat that is their neighbor (there's only two, so take a guess dumb dumb). They aren't bad to live next to, but they are sooooooooo cringey. Literally so cringe when they go outside to play pong or die, it seems like they are trying to hard to be "so fraht." The guys are nice but you can tell they were the nerds in high school. TDX Chi Psi and Beta are way less cringey than them, because when they are outside, they're not trying to act "so fraht brah," look, the guys in shady are nice, but they are cringey. Their basement is surprisingly big though, so they have the potential for good parties. The basement isn't as nice as nice as sig chi's, though.
