Comment:  Phi Mu is top tier whether you like it or not. All the sisters are very involved, have great GPAs, and yes usually are pretty/rich/etc too. They also have one of the best houses. But even despite all that a lot of the sisters are also VERY down to earth and genuine. Any PNM would be lucky to get a bid here.
