Comment:  Have been operating underground the past 2 years. Used to be an upper mid frat, will at least be mid this fall. Don't have access to their main house for a year, but they own 3 good sized annexes in ctown, so they'll have an immediate presence from o-week onward. Anyone saying that they're a dead frat is just wrong. Historically they've been one of the better frat chapters, usually with 100+ brothers, good alumni group, known for throwing very large parties like Fiji Island. Also known for tough pledging, we'll see if that continues this year.
