Comment:  Pros: Pretty diverse group of women. Lots of leaders in diff campus orgs. More involved in philanthropy this semester, which was great to see. Super nice house, literally huge. Members seem dedicated. Some of the nicest and most funny ppl on campus. Good retention. Everybody knows everybody, seem close. Cons: small chapter size. Poor recruitment numbers, hoping to see them improve. Don’t hear a lot about them but sometimes no news is good news. Not super active on the social scene, at least with frats.
