Comment:  Pike is a solid house and is definitely on the rise. Always feel rly comfortable here and the guys are super friendly. Up until this year I thought of them as middle of the road but they really improved the last couple semesters with rush and I’d say are competing with zbt and sammy now for the fourth spot.
