Comment:  Once upon a time Phi Delt, Sig Chi, and Lambda were the power trio of OSU. Then Phi Delt wore sheets and almost got someone killed. I still love them boys on 13th street. "Dry" house, stoners, it don't matter. Brotherhood, actually fun parties, and really good guys who are at OSU to have a good time and get a education. Roll Phi.
