Comment:  A very respectful fraternity, with a great following and great houses. Got 2 strikes on their best party house (Vegas, as its nicknamed) and switched to smaller wristband gatherings there. These guys have had consistently good pledge classes, and you never hear bad things from them. Only rated them middle tier because they continue to mix with bottom fraternities. Step up who you're mixing with and make your way to the top. If they keep doing what they're doing and try mixing with better fraternities, they could very well become one of the best fraternities on campus.
