Comment:  The textbook definition of a middle tier fraternity. Not all that involved, not all that appealing. Many, many, allegations of spiked drinks and hospitalizations. Because of these allegations, most other fraternities don't mix with them. Hope to see better behavior and with it an improved reputation. Good luck with the future, but for now, you need address your main issues.
