Comment:  Since when have frats (especially THIS one) started self-ranking so hard? Theta Chi is a decent little fraternity with a lot of potential, but it just doesn’t have the members or the social life of the other fraternities yet. Even mix of good and weird guys- most of them are in their 4th year or are recent grads. Not very involved in the community and don’t have an established philanthropy or events. Their St. Patrick’s party was pretty good though. Will be interesting to see what they do this year since they need to recruit HARD to keep their house and fraternity alive.
