Comment:  They're known for calling the police on mixers, cancelling mixers last minute, having a bad sisterhood behind closed doors, and for even forcing their girls to wear masks in their own house (in 2022!). Their chef barely feeds them, they have weird rules they have to follow, and their marketing is a hot mess. It'll take a miracle to fix peeph before they end up becoming the worst sorority on campus. There's a reason everyone calls them "peeph" now, and not pi phi.
