Comment:  Based on ALL the criteria for a top-tier sorority, I put Pi Phi up there. Granted they aren't the hot drunken party animals that dominate the campus popularity poll. Pi Phi has a top national reputation and here there is a strong sisterhood, they were friendly in recruitment. I was swayed by tent talk, even though I didn't feel judged or scrutinized. Chil, fun, smart, all this ranks higher to me now that I am in a drama queen ''elite sorority.
