Comment:  Beta and Theta Chi are better than Lambdas. Lambdas had to rent their houses and both kicked Lambdas to the streets the past couple of years. Lambdas have been telling everyone the past five years that they are building a new house. I’m graduating this year and won’t ever see their “new house” lol
