Comment:  This fraternity is not as social and welcoming to other members in the Greek community unless it's their favorite house. They also literally destroyed their house and left it in a horrendous state, I'll also add it smelled awful inside. I'm friends with some ex-Sig Pi from previous years, but now times have changed and currently the house as a whole is douchy and is not friendly towards others and even some of their own brothers.
