Comment:  Skulls has really grown in the time I’ve been at Rowan. Good parties, good relationships with other orgs, pretty involved on campus. And as a girl I feel safe at their parties, which is important. Their parties are normally crowded. They’re still a bit of a freshmen frat, but absolutely improving. I’ve heard my guy friends complain about being charged a lot for parties tho.
