Comment:  This frat has had a humble come-up story over the past years despite the perception that it happened overnight. Although they certainly benefitted from other frats getting kicked off and the renovation a couple years ago, I think the chapter ultimately does have the values of virtue and diligence ingrained in it and kudos to them...it was well earned the position they are in. Outlasting in itself deserves credit in the fraternal system and I do believe it has had some authentic leaders along the way that made sure it toe’d the line properly without losing itself to degeneracy. I think it’s written in the stars that this will be a perennial top house at the University of Iowa as it was for the greater part of the last century
