Comment:  Top 2 frat. Considered 1 by a lot of people. Sig ep cares a lot about maintaining their reputation and their image. Probably self-rank a decent amount but they still make a case for top frat. They are generally nice guys. Known for being wealthy, targeting rich kids, and giving kids money to accept their bid. Took a big PC this year. Stole some kids from chi for $ last minute. Don’t have a house on campus—which is the main argument for SAE being over them
