Comment:  Used to be considered top 3 but new pledge classes are getting worse and worse on their attitudes and they have a reputation for displaying rude and belittling behavior towards other sororities on campus. Going down hill fast. Would not rush theta. Also unless you’re a theta pretty much everyone agrees they are not top anymore.
