Comment:  I like Theta Xi but I think they're overrated. There's a lot of brothers so some of the parties I've been to I've seen guys not know one another and some of the brothers are also very rude. The parties aren't as fun, mainly because there's too many people so they run out of alc fast and you just get shoved a lot. I've also seen some brothers be REALLY creepy with girls (lots of people so it goes unnoticed but some of these guys just touch really really drunk girls and nobody "sees"). They do a lot for the community though and they look like they have fun as a group of guys. Pros and Cons to everything. However, that's just to be expected from too many guys in one frat.
