Comment:  Making accurate posts for the freshman planning on rushing this year. Sigma Kappa has not been known as one of the top tier sororities and you probably clicked on this to find out more about who they are. From my experience, they seemed really genuine in recruitment last year and I was never stressed going to their parties because they were so easy going and fun. They’re super involved on campus and do a lot of tabling events on campus, but other than that they’re pretty nonexistent. Sometimes you see them partying at frat parties but mostly you don’t think about them unless they’re giving out free stuff. I know they’ve done a lot of work this year on trying to be more inclusive within Greek Life, but again they aren’t super big on campus. Some girls I’ve met have been super rude but most of them are alright. It’s not hard to get into Sigma Kappa but that’s necessarily the worst thing. A lot of them are STEM majors but they usually have a high chapter GPA anyways. Definitely not the top tier ADPi southern girl private school type of sorority but not the worst sorority to be in either.
