Comment:  Kappa Delta is a solid sorority. I'd put them in between middle and top tier. They need to get more involved within their sorority and on campus. Usually pretty nice, but a lot of girls are from in state and have connections in the sorority. Pretty classy and has good alumni connections. Usually hangs out with ADPI's and southern frats.
