Comment:  pros: overall sweet & approachable & laidback but variety of vibes so you’re less likely to feel like the odd one out, opportunities for leadership, cute philanthropy focus (something about helping young girls iirc) cons: coule improve relationships with other chapters and plan more mixers, they need new social media team who will make their insta cute & cohesive again as the grid’s going downhill after a couple strong years
