Comment:  Guys have a really sick house but they definitely don’t deserve it, the owner of the house is a phi delt so now a bunch of CU IFC geeds live in this massive mansion. It sounds cool until you realize the kids are actually soft and are basically a giant friend group rather than frat bros. IFC on the hill and the other non associated chapters actually have a fraternity experience not a bunch of Boy Scouts lol
