Comment:  Although Chi O is very smart, they are very traditional in the sense of having that sorority beauty standard look. The sorority as a whole is diverse in person. But via social media they really aim for that perfection look. My best friend is a Chi O, and she shared with me that she really started to stress over her appearance once becoming a member. So much so that my best friend wears more makeup than she ever has in her entire life and has bought a complete new wardrobe to feel like she can fit in. She used to never wear makeup and was a complete tom boy. Chi O is a good sorority academically other than not being able to break that traditional standard. Sororities can really hurt a gals confidence due to how competitive they are in nature. And that is exactly what happened with my best friend.
