Comment:  Chi Phi is definitely an up and coming fraternity this fall. They're taking back the phi psi house which means they're in prime location for tailgates in the fall. If they can keep up with some other lower tier fraternities in terms of recruiting they have a really good chance of getting up there. Keep an eye on these ones.
