Comment:   If you're looking for a fraternity that is better than all the rest, look no further than Pi Kappa Phi! They are extremely friendly and polite, and always go out of their way to be helpful. I once saw them help an elderly woman across the street, and they made sure she got safely to her destination. They are truly wonderful people!
