Comment:  Perfect mid to upper-mid house. The best brotherhood that I have seen throughout the gs. Everyone actually likes each other, and it shows in their functions and interactions with themselves despite literally every type of man living at their house. Don't really see them as a top house, but that's only because they're not stereotypical 'frat' and are inclusive - but they still have sm fun with a huge range of people in the gs. They have cats, so you know you can bring these boys home to mom. Indisputable toast bar candidates.
