Comment:  The new (and better imo) phi delts. Mostly athletes and jocks. Some of them are super nice, some are horrible ppl, and some have rocks for brains. U never really know what your going to get with a sig chi. Either way, super athletic involved people that love to party. They're shrinking, so i hope they get a better house deal soon or figure something else out so they can have more party access.
