Comment:  kappa sigmas brotherhood and parties are unmatched, but they have gotten really exclusive the last couple of years. Their last pc had some bad eggs, and on top of that they have fallen socially because they only hang out with the same people, piphi, so they aren't very popular anymore. Definitely was replaced by delta chi in the party scene. Still, they're classier than dchi, and so they somehow manage to stay in what most other schools would consider in the top tier. Also, they have the best house access on campus. Overall, 5/10. They can do a lot better
