Comment:  As an alumni I have a couple of things I would like to say about the org. When I went into recruitment a couple of years ago, I expected to be the token “poc” if an org as about 95% of these orgs literally have no culture whatsoever of get to what I am referring to. When I met DPHIE I honestly was taken aback as in my time there weren’t orgs that protected inclusiveness. DPHIE the epitome of inclusiveness when I began my time there. Then I saw a shift, especially when I was graduating. Some of them have honestly forgot what it means to respectful, kind, and compassionate. Talking down to one another and being power hungry gets you no where in life. Being understanding and empowered helps to grow your tribe. The org is depleting, you all know why it is. If you want to leave a imprint of a legacy, be compassionate, listen to ideas, don’t turn them down. Be an actual ally to your poc and LGBTQ+ sisters instead of doing it for social media. The DPHIE I joined is not the same as it is now. It’s honestly sad and disappointing. For those who do represent the message love and empowerment will forever show in your legacy. Please teach the new classes what it truly means to be a sister of Beta Omega. Don’t like gossip and pettiness fear you part. From a TRUE SISTER
