Comment:  If a girl gets dropped by every house except one after first round this is usually where they end up. (They were probably dropped for a reason- these are social clubs). A chapter falls behind when they can't be selective during recruitment due to low numbers and unhappy members dropping. Not a typical "sorority experience" and is a participation trophy in greek life. There are some great girls but if retention doesn't improve it could very well become another AGD situation.
