Comment:  Used to be a rising house, however, their newest pc has sealed the deal. Of their 14 man pc, they took 5 kids who were cut from top houses for being too touchy, and 6 snap bids. Either their rush chairs or their whole house, whoever carries the blame, Sig Phi botched rush to the point they may have even just killed their own house.
