Comment:  Pi phi has definitely moved up to middle tier, the last two pledge classes have been really good but it is still a mix of weird girls and really fun girls. But the last two pc’s seem to be turning it around. Every pi phi I’ve met is super friendly and most of them go out a lot with the exception of some weird girls
