Comment:  I don't know why so many of the reviews are focused on the house. The brotherhood here is really amazing, and the parties are really fun. Probably the safest and most laid back of the fraternities on campus. The house, while small, has a really cool layout with lots of lofted bedrooms and is in one of the best locations to get to other places on campus. Plus it's directly in the middle of fraternity row. 10/10 frat. But if your entire ranking of a fraternity is based SOLELY on the state of the house, then you'd probably want to look somewhere where the rent isn't affordable.
