Comment:  top tier for a reason. Every frat I know loves when they have kappa exchange. Heard of some chapter drama but compared to other stats on the better quality sister hood side. Tied with adpi for looks got some real beautys. surprisingly got an overall really academic chapter which is dope to see. pc 20/21 carrying the chapter since they have no seniors???? maybe they do I've never really seen any PC 18/19 presence for a while now. Overall top tier for valid reason will remain #1/2 no doubt. competitive every year with recruitment for sure.
