Comment:  been thinking about this for a while but honestly theta and some other chapters should be considered top over some of the so called ones. Theta has the best grades every year, a good sisterhood and beautiful sisters and to pnm’s that care about school, they are definitely a top house. other factors should definitely be considered when ranking houses
