Comment:  As a current member, I have to say that half the members aren't half bad and have a good head on their shoulders. And that is why those people are either leaving or are not involved. The leadership at dphie is full of compliant women who follow the millennial "girl bosses" and disrespectful old farts who run the headquarters. They are a bunch of sheep who follow inappropriate orders and then get confused and frustrated when marginalized groups in the chapter are upset by their actions.
