Comment:  Ever since I got to UO in 2018 this fraternity was one of the houses we always joked about because they were extremely low tier. They had some nice guys but were overall kinda weird and lacked any kind of social scene. Now that they have a chapter house, so they could potentially fix that. It’ll probably be a couple more years because they’ll need the scrubs they recruited from earlier years to graduate.
