Comment:  As someone who is graduating this upcoming spring, seeing how far this fraternity has come over the past 4 years has been crazy. They’ve managed to finally secure a solid foundation of dope younger brothers in the past year which is what chi phi has been lacking all along. Their properties are top tier but at the end of the day a lot of the older brothers are geeds. In the next semesters I expect them to win over rushees that are interested in even the top houses here (Phi Delt, ATO, AGR, KA, Phi Sig etc.) Id be surprised if they weren’t one of the top houses at Clemson in the following year or two.
