Comment:  These guys are always looking to party, it is a house where a lot of girls come in search of one night stands and binge drinking. They get excited all year about a “splash” party in Malibu at a house. Went this year (2021) and it was a joke. They had only rented the exterior of the house so it was 90 degrees and we were stuck outside. They forgot to buy water so it was very uncomfortable. Guys are known to be pushy and an unsafe environment for a girl going out without a group.
