Comment:  I rushed this fraternity online and even got a bid from them but I eventually turned it down. I met a lot of cool guys but I didn't love that they have a live-in requirement. They're also a relatively big "stoner house" which isn't necessarily a bad thing but wasn't quite for me. They also don't have the best grades in the Greek system which is something that matters a lot to me, although it does seem like they're trying to turn that around. They're house is impressive from the outside but I hear it isn't the cleanest. No disrespect to these guys, I'm glad I rushed them but I stand by my decision to sign somewhere else.
