Comment:  Ranked anywhere from 6-10. Firmly an upper tier house and have been in that position for many years. A lot of the guys are into lifting, but also drinking, so heavy dad bods here. They mix well with mid srats and some of the C4, particularly Theta. Their house is basically in collegetown which is helpful if you're into the bar scene. ChiFridays are good time too.
