Comment:  I would say that G Phi became a top tier sorority (instead of middle) because of this year’s (2021) rush process. The girls were super sweet and kind, very friendly and they really made sure to emphasize the importance of being a strong woman. They are SO passionate about their philanthropy! It’s so lovely to see. They really encourage all of their girls to be themselves and to empower and support others as much as they can. They are very intelligent but are definitely not afraid to have fun. I have to say though, they seem to have slightly introverted/granola girl tendencies. Which is NOT a bad thing, I’m just pointing it out. Not really one stereotype? Probably because like I said they just became a top tier sorority this year.
