Comment:  Ok, this is going to be the most honest greek rank of this frat you will come across. I can promise you I am not a brother even though I know a lot have commented on this themselves. PiKapp is not the "top their frat" at Penn State but they're a hell of a lot more respectful and fun than them. Because they don't hold such high status they actually care about making their guests feel welcomed. I have gotten to know this frat over the past years and these boys have become some of my best friends. They party hard and consistently. Whoever is saying it's dirty... it's a frat come on.
