Comment:  Honestly delta sig is top 4 to 5 fraternities and probably top 3 new row. Large downtown presence, super connected in Terry, pretty good parties and events. Top 10ish guys in each pledge class are legit cool guys and bottom 10ish are pretty weird or live under rocks. Overbidding prob the reason. Apparently their new pc is like 30 instead of 40 now so we’ll see if that helps.
