Comment:  Best parties. Largest basement on campus by square footage. Well set up. Porch is great for hanging out. You can spot them smoking out on it a lot of the time. Smaller house but they have been on the up and up for a few years now. They do and will kick people out of their parties for no reasons so beware of that.
