Comment:  during recruitment i noticed all the other chapters saying they were diversed but when you looked around everyone looked the same. when i got to tri sig i actually saw the diversity everyone was different and didn’t put up an act during the rush process i had real genuine conversations not the basics like what’s your major which every chapter asked . also a lot of the chapters seemed to only care about the numbers
